What happens to your information.
What Hellu stores, who can see it, and how it is deleted. Ask us if anything is missing.
What does Hellu store?
The conversations, call recordings, what it learned from your website and documents, and the customer's contact details when the customer gives them.
Who can see it?
Your own team, by the roles you give them. Every business is kept apart from every other, and your information is never used to answer anyone else's customers.
Is it used to train AI?
No. We don't use your conversations or documents to train AI models. They are used to answer your own customers.
Can we have it deleted?
Yes. You can delete your account, and your information is deleted with it. If someone starts from a website without creating an account, it is deleted after seven days.
What does it do with health information?
Hellu does not read patient records and gives no medical advice. Questions about treatment always go to one of you.
What may it do in our systems?
Only what you have agreed to. Changes like a refund or a cancellation happen only under your written rules or with a colleague's approval, and every conversation is kept in Hellu, so you can see what it did.
Who is behind it?
Hellu is a Danish company based in Aarhus, founded by Christian Markedal, Kim Jeppesen and Hans Kristoffer: two mechanics and an electrician, with three exits behind them. If you write to us about data processing, one of them answers.
