A phone number costs DKK 100 a month and DKK 0.50 per minute, including on the calls it hands to you. All prices exclude VAT.

What counts as resolved?

An enquiry where the customer got what they came for without one of you writing or calling: an answer, a booked appointment, an order status. At most one per conversation.

Enquiries it hands to you never count as resolved. It hands over as soon as the customer needs one of you.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing. You can type your website, talk to your assistant and try it yourself before you choose a plan.

Can we change plans?

Yes, any time. If you don't know how many enquiries you get, start without a monthly fee and switch once you know the number.

Is there a minimum term?

No, you can cancel month to month.

What if it resolves more than the plan includes?

Then you pay the price per enquiry for the ones over, and we suggest the plan that is cheapest for you.

What about the phone number?

If you want Hellu on the phone, you get a number that you forward your own number to. It costs a fixed amount a month plus the minutes.
