“Where's my parcel?” Answered before you've seen the email.
Hellu answers from your own shop: order status, stock, sizes and returns. Refunds and cancellations happen only under your rules or with your yes.
Customer: Hi, where's my parcel? Order number 1042.
Hellu: Your order went out with GLS yesterday. Here's your tracking number so you can follow the parcel: 00012345.
Customer: Thanks. Do you have the Nora lamp in black too?
Hellu: Yes, we have four in stock in black. It's DKK 1,299. Here it is.

What your customers ask
- “Where's my parcel?” Finds the order and says where it is.
- “Do you have the lamp in black?” Checks stock and shows the product.
- “Do you have a discount code?” Tells them about the discounts you have set up.
- “How do I exchange something?” Explains your exchange rules.
- “I want to cancel my order.” Cancels when your rules allow it. Otherwise it asks you for a yes.
- “Can I get a refund?” Prepares the refund, so you only need to press Approve.
- “It arrived broken.” Asks for a photo and passes it to you.
- “When will it be back in stock?” Answers if you've written it down. Otherwise it asks you.
How a call to an online store goes
The customer got: the order cancelled and the money on its way back
You got: a cancellation under your own rules, without anyone picking up the phone
Enter your number and Hellu's own assistant will call you. Ask it about Hellu.

We use your number for this one call only.
Lind Living, this is Sofie. How can I help?
I'd like to cancel the order I placed this morning.
I can help with that. What's your order number?
It's 1057.
The order hasn't been sent yet, so I've cancelled it and refunded the amount to your card.
What you stop doing
Facing a full inbox on Monday morning
Order status and the weekend's questions are answered. What's left needs you.
Looking up orders to answer customers
Hellu looks the order up in Shopify before it answers, so customers get answers with real order data.
Worrying about refunds you haven't agreed to
Hellu prepares the refund and you approve with one click. It only refunds on its own when your rules allow it.
Systems it works with today
Hellu connects to Shopify: orders, products, stock and discount codes. If you use Herodesk, it learns from your past conversations there. It doesn't connect to other shop systems yet.
What it doesn't do
- Doesn't refund without your rules or your yes
- Doesn't promise delivery dates it can't see
- Doesn't give discounts you haven't set up
You pay when it solves something.
A shop where Hellu resolves 800 enquiries a month on its own pays DKK 4,000 a month on Scale. If it answers your phone, the number and minutes are extra.
Questions
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Hellu looks up orders, products, stock and discount codes in your Shopify store, and it can cancel and refund when your rules allow it or when one of you has said yes.
Can it issue refunds?
Only under your rules or with your yes. Otherwise it prepares the refund, and you approve it with one click.
Does it answer on Instagram?
Yes. It answers on Instagram and Messenger the same way it does in chat and by email.
What about WooCommerce or DanDomain?
Hellu doesn't connect to them yet. It can still answer from your website and your emails, but it can't look up orders.
What if it can't answer a question?
It tells the customer so and doesn't guess. The question is saved and passed on to you, and once you've answered it, it knows from then on.
