While you teach, Hellu books people into the next class.

Saunas, yoga studios and gyms get the same questions all day. Hellu answers them by phone, chat and email from your own information, and if you use YOGO, it books and cancels spots on its own.

Free to try, and ready in a minute. You keep your own number and email address.

Saunaen på Molen

Customer: Hi, is there room in Thursday's 5 pm sauna session?

Hellu: Yes, there are three spots left on Thursday at 5 pm. Shall I book one for you?

Customer: Yes please. Can I use my class pass?

Hellu: You can. I've booked you in for Thursday at 5 pm using one class from your pass. See you in the sauna.

What your customers ask

Answers on its own Passes it to you, with the whole conversation
  • “Is there room in Thursday's 5 pm class?” Checks the timetable and books the spot.
  • “Can I move my booking to Saturday?” Moves it, following your rules.
  • “How does the class pass work?” Explains it from your prices and rules.
  • “What should I bring the first time?” Answers from what you wrote about first visits.
  • “Do you sell gift cards?” Tells them what you offer and where to buy.
  • “I have classes left on my pass. Can I have them as a gift card?” Turns them into a gift card when your rules allow it. Otherwise it asks you.
  • “Can we book the sauna for a company event?” Writes down the date, headcount and wishes and passes it to you.
  • “I'd like to cancel my membership.” Passes it to you.

Example
Hellu

Saunaen på Molen, this is Sofie. How can I help?

Customer

I can't make the 7 o'clock class tomorrow. Can I move to Saturday?

Hellu

You can. There are two spots left on Saturday at 9 am. Shall I move you there?

Customer

Yes, please do.

Hellu

Done. You're booked for Saturday at 9 am, and your spot tomorrow is free again.

What you stop doing

Leaving the class when the phone rings

Hellu answers while you teach or lead a session, and the booking is in YOGO when you're done.

Losing spots to cancellations

When someone drops out, Hellu frees the spot so it can be booked again.

Answering the same questions over and over

Timetable, prices, what to bring and where to park. Hellu answers every time, in the customer's language.

Systems it works with today

Works with YOGO: Hellu books and cancels classes and can move and adjust class passes following your rules. If you use a different booking system, it can't book in it yet, but it still answers about the timetable, prices and rules from your website.

What it doesn't do

  • Doesn't cancel memberships on its own
  • Doesn't promise refunds you haven't agreed to
  • Doesn't guess at classes that aren't in the system

You pay when it solves something.

A studio where Hellu resolves 250 enquiries a month on its own pays DKK 2,000 a month on Growth. If it answers your phone, the number and minutes are extra.

Questions

Can it book straight into YOGO?

Yes. It books and cancels spots in your classes in YOGO, and it can move and adjust class passes following your rules. Anything your rules don't cover, it asks you about first.

Does it sound like us?

It learns your tone from your website and the emails you've sent. If you write short and informal, so does it, and you can adjust the tone whenever you like.

What about regulars who want to talk to us?

Anyone who would rather talk to you is put through, or you're asked to call them back. The whole conversation is in Hellu, so you know what it's about.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and passes the question to you. Once you've answered it, it knows from then on.
